How To Reboot Device  

We will Reboot Device if the calibration did not solve our issue. 
The Reboot will also include a calibration and will take a few minutes to complete.

To preform a Reboot follow these steps:  
  1. Press the settings button on the top right of the remote
  2. Select Settings 
  3. Navigate down using the arrows on the remote, Select 'Reboot Device' by pressing OK

A Reboot includes a calibration and will take a few minutes to complete.

Please Note- 

The reset process may last up to 10 minutes.

Do not unplug the device or disconnect if from the internet.

      If games are not visible, a reset is required. Steps to Reset: Press the Settings button. Scroll down until you reach Reboot Device.

    • No Sound

      No Sound Ensure the system is not on Mute. Verify that the Volume Buttons are functioning properly. Perform a Reboot.
